I had origvally placed this order Via e-mail to Kylie Pack in Aug 18. I followed up through e-mail August 21 and the non August 26 called the 1800# because I had nto heard from anyone. Rachel was very nice and took care of the order immediatly, however I am disappointed this was not forwarded from Ms. Packs e-mail to a back up when she left namifiers.
